The bouquet opens with dark cherry, cassis, and savoury spice, accented by a touch of thyme and flint. Deep and sophisticated, it reflects true varietal harmony.
On the palate, this blend is structured and layered with red and black fruits, fine tannins, and a mineral finish. Oak ageing enhances texture and length while preserving purity of fruit.
Aged for 18 months in French oak (50 % new) and 15 % in terracotta amphorae, this wine showcases balance, depth, and refinement – ideal with red meats or matured cheese.
