- Elegant Cabernet Sauvignon from Helderberg 🍷
- Notes of blackberry, cassis & plum 🌿
- Aged 14 months in French & American oak ⏳
Deep ruby in colour, the wine opens with aromas of boysenberry, blackcurrant and plum, layered with subtle oak spice and roasted notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, balanced and smooth, showing juicy fruit, fine-grained tannins and a refreshing, lingering finish.
The grapes are sourced from north-facing slopes of the Helderberg with gravel-rich soils that provide depth and mid-palate weight. Following controlled fermentation, the wine was aged for 14 months in French and American oak (10% new) to enhance structure and complexity.
A well-rounded, fruit-forward Cabernet Sauvignon with finesse and the unmistakable signature of Ernie Els.
