- Elegant rosé with international flair ✨
- Fresh notes of strawberry, rose & pomegranate 🍓
- Lees-aged with elements in concrete egg & amphora 🪵
In the glass, it displays a delicate salmon-pink hue. The bouquet offers fresh strawberries and rose petals, while the palate reveals hints of watermelon and crushed pomegranate. A lively acidity ensures freshness and a lingering, elegant finish.
Fermented cold in stainless steel for three weeks and kept on fine lees for a month, with small portions matured in concrete eggs and terracotta amphorae for added depth. This dry, medium-bodied rosé pairs beautifully with trout, salmon, or sushi and is best enjoyed chilled at 11–12 °C.
