Stark-Condé Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 - The Soul of Jonkershoek
The Stark-Condé Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is the estate’s signature wine and an authentic expression of Stellenbosch terroir. This blend consists of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot, 2% Malbec and 1% Cabernet Franc, grown on iron-rich decomposed granite soils in the Jonkershoek Valley.
The nose reveals a complex bouquet of blackberry, blackcurrant, cedar and tea leaf. The palate is rich and polished with dark fruit, mocha notes, vibrant acidity and silky tannins. The finish is long and elegant - typical of wines from this valley.
Best enjoyed with beef, lamb, game or aged cheese.
