The fruity notes of the wine are perfectly balanced by nuances of oak, vanilla, and roasted almonds. On the palate, the Babylonstoren Chardonnay is smooth, with fresh acidity and a fine mineral note that provides structure and a long, lingering finish.
The elegance of this Chardonnay makes it a perfect companion for porcini risotto, creamy pasta dishes, rich fish dishes, as well as dishes with hollandaise sauce or a classic steak béarnaise.
