On the palate, the blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) and Cabernet Franc (50%) impresses with intense aromas of mulberries, plums, and blackcurrants, accompanied by luxurious silky tannins. The palate reveals an exquisite balance between fruity flavors and cedar notes, giving the wine elegance and a layered complexity.
The red wine matured for 18 months in French oak barrels and leaves an unforgettable impression - perfect to enjoy on its own or paired with special dishes. It pairs beautifully with sautéed pork chops and fennel or a mushroom ragù with Parmesan cheese.
