The fine and creamy tannins perfectly complement the fruity notes, giving the wine a balanced and pleasant mouthfeel. The finish is long-lasting and impressive, a true reflection of the Tinta Barocca grape from old vines in the Swartland.
Aged for 17 months in barrels, this wine pairs excellently with grilled, roasted, or braised meat as well as game dishes. The Dornier Moordenaarskloof Tinta Barocca also offers a delightful experience when enjoyed on its own.
