In the glass, it displays pale straw hues with a hint of lime on the rim. The nose reveals aromas of gooseberry, lime, and white peach, complemented by subtle hints of fynbos. On the palate, blackcurrant leaf, elderflower, and passion fruit lead into a long, structured, and mineral-driven finish.
A small portion of the Sémillon was fermented in French oak barrels, adding depth and complexity. Perfect with seared salmon or trout with fennel and lemon jus, or a creamy West Coast mussel pot.
