The Ernie Els Big Easy Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 combines power and elegance with aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and plum. Delicate spice, smooth tannins and a long, fresh finish make it an approachable and stylish Cabernet Sauvignon.
The Jordan Inspector Péringuey Chenin Blanc 2024 delights with aromas of ripe yellow apple, candied lemon and subtle toasted notes. Saline minerality, a creamy texture and elegant structure provide depth and balance, further enhanced by nine months of barrel ageing on the lees.
The Lanzerac Pinotage 2023 offers intense aromas of ripe berries, plums and violets, complemented by delicate notes of dark chocolate. Full-bodied and complex on the palate, it combines juicy fruit with well-integrated oak and a firm tannin structure, leading to a long finish.
The Blaauwklippen Selection Shiraz 2022 is a characterful red wine from Stellenbosch with aromas of dark cherries, spiced plums and delicate liquorice notes. Full-bodied and fruit-driven on the palate, it shows mineral depth and finishes with a smooth, creamy character.
The Spier Signature Collection Chardonnay 2025 impresses with aromas of yellow citrus fruit, green apple, peach and white pear. On the palate, it is smooth and balanced with juicy fruit, vibrant acidity and a delicate mineral finish – a modern and versatile Chardonnay.
The Delaire Graff Coastal Cuvée Sauvignon Blanc 2024 delights with tropical fruit aromas accompanied by delicate notes of blackcurrant, gooseberry and nettle. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced and complex with crisp acidity and a harmonious structure. A small proportion of Sémillon adds additional depth.
