The nose reveals rich aromas of ripe plum, raisins and dried fruit, layered with Christmas cake spice and subtle oak nuances.
On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and well balanced. Dark fruit, warm spice, gentle tannins and natural sweetness create a smooth, velvety texture.
Maturation in older oak barrels and the addition of a matured reserve wine support the wine’s harmonious profile. A fine match for desserts, dark chocolate and bold cheeses.
