The bouquet offers nuances of peach, vanilla, and honeycomb, lifted by a touch of minerality. On the palate, it is creamy, balanced, and refined, combining vibrant fruit with subtle oak and fresh acidity. The finish is long and layered, with lingering notes of ripe stone fruit and gentle spice.
Hand-harvested grapes from mountain vineyards were whole-bunch pressed and fermented in French oak barrels (40% new). The wine matured for 10 months on the lees without malolactic fermentation or batonnage, preserving its natural freshness and elegance.
A refined and complex Chardonnay – perfect with scallops, poultry, creamy pasta, or soft cheeses.
