In the glass, it shines in a brilliant pale straw colour. The nose reveals captivating aromas of naartjie peel, marzipan and gently toasted brioche, lifted by subtle vanilla and cinnamon spice.
On the palate, you’ll find flavours of pink grapefruit, chalky minerality and a touch of fennel. A silky texture from lees ageing leads into a long, lingering finish.
An ideal match for apricot and almond chicken tagine with lemon and feta couscous – or enjoy it simply as a refined aperitif.
