- Barrel-aged for depth & structure
- Premium Chardonnay from Constantia 🍇
- Balanced expression of fruit, spice & minerality ✨
Aromas of citrus and apple blossom lead the nose and continue on the palate, where they are joined by a subtle spiciness and refined minerality. A textured mouthfeel and balanced structure provide depth and a lingering finish.
Grown on decomposed granite soils on the slopes of Table Mountain and cooled by False Bay breezes, the grapes were hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed, and naturally fermented in French oak (24% new). The wine matured for a further nine months in barrel before blending and bottling.
A sophisticated white wine that pairs beautifully with dishes like poultry, fish, or creamy sauces – or simply enjoyed on its own.
