In the glass, it shines a bright straw yellow with a greenish hue. The bouquet offers aromas of citrus, honey, and a subtle hint of lanolin. On the palate, the wine delights with its creamy texture, fresh acidity, and long finish.
A small portion (9%) matured for twelve months in French oak barrels, giving the wine additional depth and balance. The blend of 91% Semillon and 9% Sauvignon Blanc delivers a harmonious interplay of complexity and freshness.
