In the glass, the white wine shows a pale straw colour with a greenish tinge. The nose reveals intense tropical fruit aromas supported by an elegant bouquet of vanilla and nutty notes.
On the palate, the wine is rich and vibrant, with layers of sun-dried fruit, citrus hints and fresh minerality in perfect harmony.
A small portion of Viognier (4%) adds extra depth and complexity. Fermentation was partially completed in stainless steel and partially in oak barrels.
The Allée Bleue Chenin Blanc 2024 pairs beautifully with flavourful seafood dishes such as grilled salmon, baked sea bream or creamy seafood pasta.
