On the palate, layered fruit flavors such as citrus and peach unfold, complemented by a silky texture thanks to extended lees contact and the use of oak, as about half of the Fairview Chardonnay aged for ten months in French oak. The finish is fresh and creamy, making this white wine an excellent aperitif.
Thanks to its fresh and crisp profile, the Fairview Chardonnay is also an ideal pairing for salads, seafood, and lighter meat dishes.
