The Simonsig Kaapse Vonkel Methode Cap Classique 2024 is a milestone in South African sparkling wine history. Simonsig presented the country's first ‘Cap Classique’ back in 1971, and this brut continues that tradition.
The Villiera Tradition Brut is the first Cap Classique that Villiera has produced. The blend of Chardonnay (70%) and Pinot Noir (30%) delights with its complexity and balance.
The Garuzis Brut offers refined bubbles and a layered bouquet. Fresh aromas of Granny Smith apple, lime, and white peach are beautifully complemented by subtle notes of brioche, honey, and almonds.
The Plaisir Grand Brut sparkles in the glass with a pale straw hue and a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, this elegant South African sparkling wine delights with a fragrant bouquet of wild roses, white pear and green apple
The Leopard’s Leap Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir N/V delights with a fine mousse, vibrant berry aromas and fresh citrus notes in a harmonious, refreshing style.
