Ernie Els Major Series Cabernet Sauvignon – Bold & Refined
Pouring into the glass in a deep ruby red, this Cabernet Sauvignon reveals an aromatic profile of pepper and blackcurrants – spicy and fruit-driven.
On the palate, dark fruits like cherries and plums come to the fore, rounded out by subtle cedar wood notes. Soft tannins provide a smooth, harmonious mouthfeel.
Aged for 16 months in French oak, this red wine pairs beautifully with dark meats, game, or savoury dishes.
