- Multifaceted Chardonnay matured in oak
- Creamy and harmoniously balanced
- Beautiful fruit with a hint of vanilla
Over time, it develops a rich yet restrained structure. A touch of creamy nuttiness, subtly underpinned by vanilla, adds further complexity. No single element dominates - instead, the wine impresses with a harmonious balance of oak, fruit, and acidity, which lingers gently without being overpowering.
The Anthonij Rupert Cape of Good Hope Serruria Chardonnay was aged for eight months in French oak and pairs wonderfully with grilled fish, creamy seafood risottos, or a fine poultry dish with lemon butter. It also reveals its elegant complexity when served with mild, aged cheese.
