Classic and elegant - that is the Zevenwacht Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas of blueberries and blackcurrants pamper the connoisseur's senses. Nuances of cigar box and tobacco skilfully play around the fruity notes. On the palate, the Cabernet Sauvignon, refined with a small amount of Petit Verdot (14%), shows its fruity side, notes of plums and blackberries are particularly present. Noticeable but well-integrated tannins give the Zevenwacht Cabernet Sauvignon a great mouthfeel. Enjoy the red wine, which was matured for fourteen months in French oak and lingers long on the palate, either neat or combine it with a nice steak or spicy dishes.
