The Leopard's Leap Culinaria Chenin Blanc impresses the connoisseur with its great fruit...
The Leopard's Leap Culinaria Chenin Blanc impresses the connoisseur with its great fruit character; especially notes of ripe white peaches and melon are very present. Nuances of sweet spices and a lively acidity skillfully support the fruity aromas. The white wine has matured for nine months in French oak and another four months in the bottle. Therefore, the elegant oak note gives Leopard's Leap Culinaria Chenin Blanc its wonderful structure and makes it an excellent companion to food, as it tastes excellent with light vegetables, poultry or fish such as salmon. Leopard's Leap Culinaria Chenin Blanc is also a great companion to white meat.
