The Leopard’s Leap Culinaria Collection Grand Vin is a complex red blend made from Cabernet Sauvignon (44%), Merlot (38%), Petit Verdot (10%) and Cabernet Franc (8%), that pampers the gourmet with its multi-layered aromas. The fruity notes of mulberries and blackcurrants are underlined by perfectly integrated oak notes, a hint of cinnamon and a pinch of tobacco. The mature tannins contribute to the compact yet elegant structure of the red wine that matured in French oak for 22 months and which is a versatile meal companion. Enjoy it with beef, grilled meat with warm spices or hard cheese.

With the same passion with which the team is committed to good wine and good food, it is also committed to conservation. The surrounding area near Leopard's Leap is home to the graceful Cape Mountain leopards. To ensure that this remains the case, the winery has committed itself to preserving the natural population of these animals, supports the Cape Leopard Trust in their work and has even named three animals.
