An extremely successful example of South Africa's national grape - this is the Leopard's Leap Special Edition Pinotage. The red wine glitters in the glass in a beautiful crimson colour and exudes the wonderfully fruity scent of cherries and raspberries. The aromas of red fruits are also found on the palate and are underlined by soft spice notes. Especially black pepper and nutmeg are noticeable. Moreover, a hint of vanilla and oak skilfully rounds off the complex character of the red wine. Additionally, the soft tannins and the elegant finish ensure that the Leopard's Leap Special Edition Pinotage will be remembered for a long time to come after the last sip. This red wine has matured for 14 to 16 months in French oak and goes wonderfully with hearty dishes with pasta or dark meat.
