Produced in the classic style, the Pinot Noir has matured for between 18 and 20 months in French oak and combines subtle aromas of cranberries, raspberries and cherries with delicate undertones of tobacco. Smooth tannins and a unique mouthfeel make the elegant Leopard's Leap Culinaria Pinot Noir an extremely versatile and pleasant accompaniment to many dishes.

The surrounding area near Leopard's Leap is home to the graceful Cape Mountain leopards. To ensure that this remains the case, the winery has committed itself to preserving the natural population of these animals, supports the Cape Leopard Trust in their work and has even named three animals.
