The Leopard's Leap Shiraz delights the connoisseur with a spirited bouquet that scores with its fruit aromas of black currants, cherries and mulberries. A hint of vanilla completes the first impression. On the palate, nuances of spices and dark fruits as well as well structured tannins provide a wonderful balance of red wine, which leaves with a long-lasting finish. The Leopard's Leap Shiraz is a perfect partner for dishes with dark meat, especially the combination with grilled food is simply wonderful. But also a strong cheese is a real treat to the red wine.
