Fruity aromas of prunes and cranberry fill the nose, closely followed by the floral scent of violets. A hint of dried spices and dark chocolate supportively comes along. At the palate, the delicious cuvee shows its impressive diversity. Complex and simultaneously gentle tannins as well as a balanced acidity lead the Zevenwacht The Tin Mine Red to a remarkable lingering finish.

Goes with …

It is best if gourmets enjoy the delicious Zevenwacht The Tin Mine Red at a temperature of sixteen to eighteen degree Celsius. In combination with game such as venison or dove, this cuvee is a great pleasure yet also the interplay with grilled meat of all description is highly recommended.

Grape Variety

The Zevenwacht The Tin Mine Red is a cuvee of the grape varieties Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvèdre in which the first constitutes by far the largest part. Shiraz stands for powerful, intense red wines with spicy aromas of black fruits and pepper. Together with the other varieties, Shiraz creates a perfect harmony and makes the Zevenwacht The Tin Mine Red the unique cuvee it is.

The Winery
