The Wine in Detail
The Simonsig Mr. Borio’s Shiraz pours with a deep plum colour in the gourmet’s glass. Aromas of red berries and black cherry rise into the nose, supported by notes of cedar wood which are intertwined with well integrated and soft tannins; that makes sure that layers of spice can be detected. The intensive fruit flavours are continued on the palate. It is a very full-bodied red wine.
