The Graham Beck Cap Classique Brut is a cuvee made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Both grape varieties entice gourmets with their noble aroma and elegance. The Méthode Cap Classique is a South African sparkling wine which was created according to the traditional method and where the second fermentation takes place in the bottle.
Graham Beck is located in the breathtaking Breede River Valley and is part of the popular Route 62 which guides visitors alongside some of the most beautiful sights of this South African region. On the winery itself, the winemakers focus on minimal intervention regarding the cultivation in order to give the wines an authentic character of terroir and grape variety.
The Cap Classique Brut from Graham Beck matured between 15 and 18 months on the yeast in the bottle. It can be enjoyed right away yet will also keep for some years when stored well.
