The Dornier CMD is a blend from mainly Malbec
as well as Petit Verdot
and Cabernet Franc
. The first one impresses with poignant aromas and notes of red berries. In France and Argentina, this variety enjoys great popularity. Powerful yet always pleasant tannins are also characteristic for a Malbec. Winemakers like developing it in barriques because it is there it can reveal its full potential.
