The Wine in Detail
The Delaire Graff Botmaskop  flows with a wonderful, elegant dark red colour into the gourmet’s glass. With much strength and an impressively deep structure, the Delaire Graff Botmaskop easily succeeds in pleasing the palate.

Goes with …
The Delaire Graff Botmaskop is a great companion for menus with tender lamb meat or well marbled beef. As a dessert complement, this cuvee from South Africa offers great joy. In combination with noble chocolate, it can especially impress the palate.

Grape Variety
The Delaire Graff Botmaskop is an inherently consistent cuvee which consists of the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot. The first dominates the cuvee and creates the fruity berry nuances. Merlot is responsible for the silky soft mouthfeel whilst the other grape varieties make for the great harmony and balance of the Delaire Graff Botmaskop.

The Winery
With the Delaire Graff Botmaskop, the Delaire Graff Estate created a truly elegant delicacy that is bursting with strength and which excites critics and gourmets alike. Year after year, the winery produces bottles of the highest class which have received numerous prizes so far.

Storage
In total, the Delaire Graff Botmaskop spent sixteen month in French oak after the harvest. The half the barrels were new. This made it very storable so that it can spend some years in the cellar whilst keeping its fruity and poignant taste. Nevertheless, it is also a joy right away.
