Grape Variety
The Allée Bleue L’Amour Toujours is an impressive blend made using the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Cabernet Sauvignon creates intense red wines of a strong character and with the aromas of blackcurrants and mint. This noble blend received its soft tannins through the variety Merlot. In interplay with the vines Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, the winemakers created an impressive blend which promises a true taste adventure.

The Winery
The winery Allée Bleue is located in the picturesque Franschhoek region which is especially famous for its viniculture and the numerous amazing restaurants. It looks back on a long history and belongs to the oldest wineries in South Africa. The winemakers benefit from this long tradition and produce new high quality wines year after year. The Allée Bleue L’Amour Toujours is considered to be the estate’s flagship wine and is a prime example for the high quality of the products.

Storage
The Allée Bleue L’Amour Toujours matured in partly new French oak barrels for sixteen months. This made it very storable and it can therefore spend a long time in the cellar. It is nevertheless also a true pleasure when enjoyed right away.
