Tuna tartar with fruity avocado and strawberry topping

Serves 6

Ingredients: 100 g fresh tuna, 50 g strawberries, 1 avocado, Handful dill, 2tbsp toasted sesame seeds

For the dressing: 4tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp sugar


Cut the tuna and the strawberries into small pieces.
Next step: Peel and dice the avocado and chop dill small. Arrange with roasted sesame seeds on a plate. Then mix the ingredients for the dressing and sprinkle over the tuna tartar.
