Sparkling Pomegranate Punch

Serves for 10-12

Ingredients: 2 oranges, 1 pomegranate, ¾ cup red wine, 2 bottles sparkling wine, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 pineapple, ice cubes for serving

Method:
First wash the oranges, cut them into thin slices and dice the pineapple. Cut the pomegranate in half horizontally, remove the seeds and press out the juice. Pour the pomegranate juice into a large jug or pitcher and dissolve the sugar in it while stirring vigorously. Now add the red wine, the sparkling wine, the fruits and the pomegranate seeds – and the festive cocktail is ready!
