Rosé-Popsicle

Ingredients for 15 popsicles: 750 ml of Wawick First Lady Rosé, 500 ml red grape juice, 175 g white sugar, 150 ml water, 75 ml lemon juice, ice lolly moulds, ice cream sticks


Preparation: Place the sugar and water into a small saucepan over a medium heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved, bring to the boil and allow boiling for 2 minutes. Combine all of the remaining ingredients along with the sugar syrup. Pour into ice lolly moulds, place the ice cream sticks on one side and freeze for about 8 hours or until frozen solid – and then enjoy your Rosé-Popsicle.
