Penne in a creamy chicken-cream sauce from the pan

For 2 persons

Ingredients: 15 ml olive oil, 1 bunch of spring onions, 1 bunch of chives, 1 garlic clove, 2 medium chicken tender, 250 ml cream, 10 g mustard, 200 g pasta, salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
First wash the spring onions and the chives, cut both into fine pieces and set aside a small amount for decoration. Now dice the chicken tender. Heat the oil in a large pan; fry the spring onions and the finely chopped garlic over a medium heat. After a few minutes, add the meat and fry until golden brown. Bring to the boil while stirring with cream and mustard. Cook for about two minutes, fold in the chives and season with salt and pepper. Cook penne or simply your favourite pasta and add it to the meat in the sauce. Before serving, add the remaining spring onions and chives.
