Hummus with extra virgin olive oil

Ingredients: 75 g sesame puree, 40 ml extra virgin olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 75 ml water, 900 g canned chickpeas, 40 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice, ½ tsp salt

Preparation:
Mix the sesame puree and the olive oil until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Drain the chickpeas and squeeze out the garlic cloves. Pour the water together with salt, lemon juice, chickpeas, garlic and sesame in a blender and mix until you have a smooth mixture. Our tip: The longer you mix the ingredients, the smoother the hummus will be. If you like, you can refine the hummus with more salt or lemon juice.
