2 shots Cape Floral Gin, 2 shots pear puree, 1 shot lemon juice, ¾ shot sugar syrup, sparkling wine, 1 sprig rosemary for garnish, ice cubes
First peel and puree a fresh pear. Then put the puree in a shaker with the other ingredients except the sparkling wine to mix. Pour into a glass filled with ice and top up with the sparkling wine.
